AVBI Planner is a church event planning tool operated by Boss Lady Lab. We help religious organizations plan and coordinate their events, services, and teams.

• Account information: name, email address (via direct sign-up or Google OAuth)
• Organization and event data you create on the platform
• Media files you upload (images, videos, audio, documents)
• Session data to keep you signed in

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the platform
• To allow you to collaborate with your team members
• To store and serve media files securely via Cloudflare R2
• We do not sell your data to third parties

4. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you authenticated. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded on this platform.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). Media files are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage with no public indexing.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting your organization administrator or reaching us directly.
